Easy Exchanges

We want your Bears to feel just right. If something isn’t quite working, we’re here to help.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

How it works

• Send us an email at bearfoottribe.au@gmail.com with your order number. 
• Let us know if you’d like a different size or colour
• Post your original pair back to us (return shipping is not covered)
• Once your return is on its way, we’ll send your new pair with free shipping

Returns

Changed your mind? That’s okay.
You can return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What we ask

for returns and exchanges: 

• Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Please try them on indoors to keep them in perfect condition

A small note

Right now, our biggest size for little Bears is EU 29.

Need something bigger?
We’ll always try to make it happen. If your Bear needs a larger size, reach out to us at bearfoottribe.au@gmail.com - we’re happy to order sizes on request when possible 🤍

If we can’t swap you into a bigger pair, we’ll always work with you to find the best solution.
